ABOUT THE TEAM
Supreme Group is a young and vibrant group of companies established in 2019.
The founders of the Group joined together from different and diverse backgrounds, each an expert in his field with rich experience from the worlds of restaurants, technology, and business management, to bring about innovative connections that yield the most exciting products on the market.
Dorian copitt
Dorian is an Entrepreneur and businessman with vast experience managing companies, people, and successful projects.
He was the CEO of the Andorra Group (Japnica, Soso and Sons, and more…).
He founded the Primero Group with Paddy Dabach (the owner of the Angus chain).
In addition, he also founded Bar Master – one of the leading bartending schools in Israel and served as a consultant.
The Yisrotel hotel chain specializes in beverages and coffee. Currently, as CEO of Supreme, Dorian manages about ten companies in technology and restaurants.
Dor Kleiman
A seasoned software architect with over 20 years of experience working with small and large well-known companies (Google, Amazon, etc.).
As Supreme’s Head of the Technology Branch, Dor brings an optimal software development cycle that combines quality, agility, and speed without compromise. His focus is a macro-level creative combining of efforts – so every Supreme company helps all the others.
Aviad Yitzhaki
Aviad is a gifted Marketing professional with vast experience from a young age. He was the Service and Training manager of stores under Spinner’s company in the USA and Canada. When he was back in Israel, he founded Byren Market with Ofer Wolffheim and Dor Kleiman, creating the chain’s entire order system. At the same time, he was responsible for the training program of the waiters. Today, Aviad brings his marketing experience to the Culinary Branch of Supreme, and all the social media publishing is under his management. In addition, together with Dorian Copitt and Ofer Wolffheim, Aviad is part of the management team of “The Pitmasters” on Facebook – a meat lovers group with over 51K members.
Ofer Wolffheim
Ofer is a talented and creative Professional chef with more than two decades of experience and international culinary knowledge. He was the sous-chef of Le Paradis Du Fruit. This successful French restaurant chain opened its main branch on the Champs-Élysées and continued his “world tour” as a sous-chef in London and Canada. Together with Aviad Yitzhaki and Dor Kleiman, he founded the Byren Market chain in 2013. His appreciation for meat, which he shares with Dorian Copitt, led them to establish the Supreme Group. As the Group’s Head Chef, Ofer is responsible for the culinary inventiveness and high level of all the restaurants he manages. In addition, Ofer’s out-of-the-box thinking also created NFT Booster, the NFT company of the Technology Branch.
